The agreement
These terms are between you and Neurix. By using Mellow Pals you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to subscribe. Children use the app under your supervision.
What you get
A subscription lets you use everything in Mellow Pals on your own Apple devices, for personal, non-commercial use. The art, music and software stay ours.
Subscriptions
Mellow Pals costs $2 a month or $12 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds.
If a price changes, Apple will tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel.
Not medical advice
Mellow Pals is entertainment. It is not a medical product and gives no medical advice. Talk to your pediatrician about your child's sleep, hearing or development.
Using it safely
Keep the volume low, keep the device away from your child's head, and stay nearby while your child uses the app.
Warranty and liability
We provide Mellow Pals as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Washington's consumer protection laws.
Governing law
Washington State law governs these terms. Courts in Clark County, Washington, hear any dispute.
Apple
These terms are with us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Where these terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
