Mellow Pals is published by Neurix, based in Washington State. Reach us at matthew@neurix.co.

The app

The Mellow Pals app collects no personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It does not use your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.

Your choices, such as your pet, your scene, your favorites and your parent lock code, are saved on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Purchases

Apple handles subscriptions through your Apple Account. We don't receive your name, your payment details or your Apple Account email. Apple's privacy policy covers what Apple collects.

This website

This site uses no cookies and no analytics. Our web host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, under its own privacy policy:

We don't sell personal information and we don't share it for advertising.

Children

This website is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app collects no personal information from anyone, children included. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to matthew@neurix.co and we will delete it.

Health data

We don't collect, share or sell health data.

Your requests

Write to matthew@neurix.co to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
